You may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:
Wrong Product Delivered
If you received a different product than what you ordered, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Product Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will process an exchange or refund as soon as the issue is verified.
Unbroken Seal
To be eligible for return or refund, the product seal must be intact and unopened. We are unable to accept returns for products that show signs of use or tampering.
