At ZOR Sports, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time, no matter where you are.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🌍 Shipping Regions

We currently ship across the UAE.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at support@zorsports.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

$ Shipping Rates and Additional Charges

UAE orders: No additional charges at delivery except a 20 AED shipping fee.
International orders: We are not currently shipping internationally, but customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply once we do start. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

📫 Failed Deliveries / Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
